  • If form indicate "Cryoprecipitants", register both CRYO and CRYF (Refer to Cryofibrinogen)
  • Follow Specimen Services Special Handling procedure
  • Once processed, aliquot tubes can be sent at room temperature to PLBOP
  • If positive and requested by Transfusion, add on CRYS, sample send ambient to LabPlus
