Consult the site lead - Haematology will provide the adjusted citrate tube. Specific collection requirements apply. Refer to Test Reference Manual.
Site lead will issue a card to the patient for future collection.

For Prothrombin Time (PT) specifically requested in a small number of cases, please register PT. If it is requested in addition to coagulation screen, please register both PT and COAP.
For veterinary PT requests, please ensure request is registered with A (Animal) as gender.
