  • Refer to Test Reference Manual
  • Tests for Diagnosis and treatment of notifiable or communicable diseases are free of charge includes Non-residents.
  • Relevant clinical details must be provided.
  • Patient with clinically suspected whooping cough should have the nasopharyngeal swab (NPS) for Bordetella Pertussis PCR and any other necessary blood tests performed at the initial clinical consultation. They should NOT attend Pathlab collection rooms.
