  • Specimen Services to use "Process query" sticker to clarify tests required with Haematology department
  • EDTA for CBC, register CBC, process inhouse Haematology
  • 1x Citrate for Coagulation screen, register COAP, process inhouse Haematology
  • 2x Citrates for Factor VIII or Factor IX, double spun & frozen within 8 hours of collection, referral to Waikato Hospital Laboratory for testing (Haematology to confirm)
  • For Haemophilia A, register FACT (Haematology to confirm)
  • For Haemophilia B, register FACR (Haematology to confirm)
