Preparation

  • Complete Skin Prick testing referral form HERE
  • Submissions are sent to Immunology directly as soon as "Submit" is clicked. You can print a copy of your submission by clicking the (…) icon at the top right of the screen after submitting the form.
  • Once the request has been reviewed and approved by Immunology (+/- pathologist), Pathlab will contact the patient directly to organise an appointment for the skin prick testing.
