- Complete Coagulation (Bleeding) questionnaire except for inpatients, or specific requests by a Haematologist
- Must reach lab within 7 hours of collection, collect close to Courier time if necessary

Notes
- Use "Processing Query" to Haematology to confirm test(s) required
- 3x citrates double spun and freeze within 8 hours of collection, referral to Waikato Hospital Laboratory for VW Screening
- VWS includes: Factor VIII, Collagen Binding CBA, Factor VIII related antigen vWF:Ag, Ristocetin Cofactor (Ricof)
- 1x citrate & 1x EDTA, process inhouse for CBC and Coagulation Screen
- If PFA required as confirmed by Haematology, refer to PFA for specimen requirement
